So we paddled on Lake Fairlee this afternoon. Saw a flock of large black
birds flying our way. Dc Cormorants.  Nope.

 

To heavy, and more round. And the flock was spread out, not the same
formation.

 

Flew near us. Great look at the lovely white wing patches.

 

Flew right over us later, could even hear their wing beats.

 

33 of them.
