I had both a phone conversation and several emails with them in the past few days.  They seem like a professional enough group, so we are planning to stay with them when our yearly contract ends in August 2013.  The only real issue that we had was how to pay for usage at the end of the contract without getting a bill that straddled our June-July fiscal year.  They agreed to let us pay up front instead and allow for a small degree of overage.

I am surprised that BYU was able to support the exam as long as they did.  I certainly appreciate them providing the service for as long as they did … and would have been happy to pay more had they asked.
