Dear colleagues,

Rawi: Egypt’s Heritage Review is excited to announce that its upcoming
issue will be on Egypt's rich culinary history. We are releasing a Call for
Papers to ensure that we reach as many specialists as possible undertaking
research on Egypt's food history in any field, including (but not limited
to) historians, archaeologists, chefs, anthropologists, sociologists, and
linguists.

The CfP (link below) delineates the themes of this issue, the readership of
Rawi, and submission guidelines. The deadline for abstracts is the 5th of
October, 2018, while the complete articles can be sent by December 10th,
2018.
