A repeatedly singing House Wren along Elm Street to the west of Blood
Brook in Norwich this morning (April 25) provided my first record of
that species for 2011.

My earliest ever spring record for a House Wren in Norwich was on
April 22 in 2010, when one was singing along Elm Street over a quarter
mile westward from this morning's location.

George Clark
Norwich, VT
