Ours was done for free.
Call the commercial services people at Dish Network and tell them
about the problem. They contacted the commercial installer for us and
they arranged for the actual installation by a third party. Dish
Network picked-up the tab. The dish, mount and LNBF were sent here
and the installers came one morning. Dish Network is switching things
around so much and consolidating their services on satellites, and
discontinuing others, it really is their responsibility to keep
customers happy and they make their money through programming charges.
