* Senior Thesis Showcase *

Tuesday, May 16

Dartmouth Seniors will showcase their research at the Senior Honors
Thesis Showcase, Tuesday May 16, from 4:00 – 5:30 in the Berry Library
Corridor. This is a great opportunity to see student research in all
disciplines, including the sciences, particularly if you are considering
doing a senior thesis.

* Learning with Your Brain in Mind *

Thursday, May 18

Use science to help study for those finals. In this mini-seminar, Dr.
David Bucci, Psychological and Brain Sciences Chair, will discuss “ways
to maximize learning, understanding and recollection, that are
consistent with the natural abilities (and limitations) of the human
brain.” This event, sponsored by West House and the Arthur Vining Davis
Foundation, will take place Thursday, May 18 in Fahey-McLane Lounge from
6:00-7:00 p.m.

* Astronomical Observing *

Weather permitting, you can go see the moon, planets and stars through
Shattuck Observatory’s telescopes. Open from 9:00-11:00 p.m.

To find out if a session is on for a given Friday, please call 646-9100.
