Weather-related warbler
"fallouts" reports have been coming in from coastal NH and Maine with a
great number and variety of species being seen. Maybe some of those
stranded travelers have found their way to the Upper Valley. We can only hope. Join Ted Boze and Becky Cook at Union Village Dam Recreation Area tomorrow morning to find out. Meet at the parking area inside the gate
that is accessed from VT Rt. 113 in Thetford Center. Look for a dirt
road across the street from E. C. Brown's Nursery. Water tolerant
footwear is recommended as the recent spate of rains has made ground
conditions soggy. The walk is free and open to the public.
