I wanted to share with everyone that for the past 4 or 5 days, I have had a female Pine Warbler eating from my suet block.
She's become a regular visitor along with the chickadees, titmice, and woodpeckers.
I have had other warblers visit in the past - the occasional Yellow-rumped who will take a nibble or two but never come back. I also had a gorgeous male Northern Parula investigate the suet last year, but never took a bite.
This female Pine Warbler has it all figured out!
