At home:
 a small flock of Evening Grosbeaks have (noisily) returned-perhaps 4-5.
Maybe more. Not a sweet song, but music to my ears!
Several Purple finches- 1 m 1 f 1 immature m, at least. Singing! Aaah!
Several White-throated Sparrows, singing, some with  a strange variation in
song- all one tone.(hasn't learned his song yet? Tone deaf?)

Red-breasted Nuthatches- little yanking
White-breasted nuthatches- bigger yanking
Sapsuckers squaking
Hairy and Downy pounding and talking
Pileated KKKKing
Titmice whistling
Ruffed Grouse not droms yet, just a rush of wingbeats
Juncos chattering
Chickadees singing feebee
Doves cooing
Robins singing
Renegade Red-wing comes to the feeder-out of habitat. Has been doing so
several years now. Hear his piercing announcement. So beautiful up close.
