An adult Bald Eagle was perched atop the dead tree near the dam off of Rt. 10 in West Lebanon, sighted at 7:50 AM this morning. 
At 8:30 AM I was surprised to see a Bald Eagle perched in a large tree that leaned out over River Road in Norwich, just south of Old Bridge Rd. He wasn't there 10 minutes earlier when I passed by going north, so I wonder if it could have been the same bird?
