Seen about 9:30 when it emerged from a stand of white pines alongside River Rd. opposite Wilder WMA. Not a fully mature adult. Both the head and tail showed some light, brown streaking amidst the white feathers. Also some white patches still remaining on underwing. It circled the WMA's wetland once and proceeded north along the Connecticut River Blake Allison
