The Grafton Museum of Grafton, VT, is sponsoring the 13th Annual
Connecticut River Source-to-the-Sea Cleanup along the Rockingham
stretch of the river. A nice way to help improve habitat for
birdlife along the Connecticut.

October 4, Sunday, 1:00 -3:00 PM. 13th Annual Connecticut River
Source-to-the-Sea Cleanup. Meet at the Fish Ladder, Bridge Street,
Bellows Falls. Free and open to the public. Museum volunteers and
staff will clear trash from the adjacent land and banks below the
Fish Ladder Visitor Center, where the Museum provides public programs
and exhibits, to just above where the Saxtons River meets the
Connecticut River. The Museum will supply gloves and trash bags.
Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Preregistration
requested.
