This morning, 10:00 am, a lone Monarch butterfly visited Milkweed plants along the road to the new water tank (Turkey Lot area) on the Windsor Prison Property off Marton Road in Windsor, VT. 
I stop to think about our current world in which the sighting of a Monarch butterfly is newsworthy. Michael.
