This morning at 9:00 am a Bald Eagle was flying and a Cooper's Hawk was perched in a tree over Marton Road in Windsor, VT. In general, there are numerous hawks crossing over Marton Road lately. A drive down that road usually reveals some kind of raptor. Michael.
