Up until yesterday, I had only seen one lone Snow Bunting this season. During a late afternoon walk around the Tomapo Farm fields, we were entertained by a flock of 80+ Snow Buntings just keeping ahead of us as we made our loop.
With a hint of spring in the air, I have reset Bluebird boxes on at least 4 Lebanon Conservation parcels. Hoping for more than a single pair this year, although Tree Swallows are cool too.
