On my drive to work today a smallish bird with a very long tail flew across I-91 N in front of us near the top of the hill between mile markers 67 and 68 at about 6:50 this morning. My impression was that it may have been a Fork-tailed Flycatcher. I have seen may FTFCs in Central and South America (and one in the US) and am familiar with the size and shape. The bird was not carrying nesting material.
