My cousin just sent me this re: Monday 3/24:

Saw Snowy about 1/4 mile from Hanover exit heading north on I-91. It was
sitting on fence line looking for dinner.

It was to her right as she headed north.

Apparently she has been following their appearance down in her area
(Maryland/Virginia) but hadn't been able to see one until now. I'd consider
her more reliable than the I-saw-an-owl-and
there's-snow-so-it-must-be-a-snowy-owl report, wondered if anyone else had
seen anything?

Faye
