Let's finish off a great winter season of training with a super fun indoor triathlon!!

Indoor triathlon tomorrow (3/9) at Alumni gym:

START TIME: 10am in the main pool

Structure of the race (modeled similar to an average sprint triathlon):
600 yard swim for time
10 minute transition (change into dry clothes and get to spin room)
20 minute bike (stationary bike with distance metered using monitors, guided "outdoor trail" ride)
5 minute transition (get off the bike and to the front of Alumni gym)
3.4 mile run for time- see attached document for image of route

DONE BY 11:15am at the latest!!

Scoring System (Coach Jeff and I will keep track of this)
The competitor who travels the greatest distance in a particular leg receives 100 points for that leg.  All other competitors will receive a percentage of those points based on their distance traveled/ time completed in that leg.  Each leg of the race counts equally towards the total score. Swim + Bike + Run = total score.  Final results will divide Men & Women in their own divisions.

**This is for you to have numbers to use in your own training. It is meant to be friendly and fun and so come even if you are worried about not being where you want to be in terms of training!! For those who are injured, you are welcome to do the legs of the race you are able to complete.
