PUBL./CFP- The Silk Road: Interwoven History

ACANSRS (Association for Central Asian Civilizations & Silk Road Studies)
invites scholars/researchers of Central Asia to submit your recent research
papers for our annual publication 2012, tentatively tiled "The Silk Road:
Interwoven History".  The topics of the prospective articles could be in the
fields of religion, art, archaeology, anthropology, musicology, philology,
and history of the regions involved with the Silk Road trade.  Please send
us a brief summary of your possible article for the contribution by e-mail
before the submission of the full article.

Tentative title of the multi-author publication 2012: The Silk Road:
Interwoven History

1) Length: about 5000-9000 words (15 ­ 30 book pages) ­ double spaced/typed
  including footnotes and bibliography (1-2 pages).

2) Submission deadline: Dec 30, 2011 (both in pdf and Word doc files by
  e-mail attachment to [log in to unmask] in addition to two hard copies sent
  to us)

3) Diacritic fonts and foreign languages such as Chinese can be included to
  a limited extent (Please consult the editor).
