This week sees the start of the implementation of RAPPORT Full Grants on March 17. There are several steps to the Go-Live process that will mark the transition from our legacy grants management systems of ePRF and Coeus to all proposal and award information being captured in RAPPORT Full Grants.

ePRF system becomes Read-Only
Monday March 9
5:00PM

Coeus becomes Read-Only and RAPPORT Grants Express goes off-line
Thursday March 12
6:00PM

RAPPORT Full Grants comes-on-line.
Tuesday March 17
8:00AM

With Go-Live, there will be new URLs for the two RAPPORT Modules. These will be provided in an email when RAPPORT Full Grants comes on-line. The old URLs will forward to these new addresses for a period of time.
