Hello,

Back in December NIH and AHRQ announced the future implementation of a new biosketch format, moving from a 4 page to a 5 page document. Applicants are encouraged to use the new format, effective January 25, 2015, before it becomes mandatory for applications submitted on or after May 25, 2015, as mentioned in the latest NIH Notice, NOT-OD-15-032:

We are working with Huron to make the change into RAPPORT to accommodate the new format. Note that the 5 page biosketch currently generates an error in RAPPORT, but this issue is easily solved with a simple workaround done by OSP.  In order for our office to better assist you, we recommend that you alert your Grant Officer should you wish including 5 page biosketches in your application.
