Hello, Grant Managers:

Just a quick note that we have submitted our annual fringe benefit proposed rates to our cognizant audit agency, Department of Health and Human Services.   We are waiting for a finalized rate agreement (to be incorporated into the overarching F&A rate agreement).  The fringe rate is anticipated to decrease to 30%.  I realize that this information might have already been distributed via your finance office.   Please be aware that OSP will accept the new rate on proposals.   However, if you have prepared budgets using the current rates, we will continue to accept them and not require revisions.
