Dear Colleagues,

Registration is open for the following course:

"Integration and modularity with geometric morphometrics - Third edition."
January 28-31, 2014. Instructor: Dr. Chris Klingenberg (University of
Manchester, UK).

Place: Els Hostalets de Pierola, Barcelona, Spain.

Organized by: Transmitting Science and the Council of Els Hostalets de Pierola.

More information:
http://www.transmittingscience.org/courses/gm/modularity-and-gm/

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with an overview of
morphometrics approaches to studying morphological integration and modularity.
The theoretical basis and application of different methods for analyzing these
concepts in geometric morphometric data will be presented. Participants are
encouraged to bring their own morphometric data for analysis and discussion in
the workshop.
Moreover, for those participants interested in the analysis of phenotypic
variation in relation with genes, a 20 % off will be offered in the course
“Quantitative Genetics of Shape” that will be held the week after the
Integration and GM course
(http://www.transmittingscience.org/quant_gen_shape.htm).

With best regards
