I don't know about anyone else, but I don't do anything special. If the table is too big for one page, it just cuts off and continues on the next page, automatically.

Page 204 of the Nisus Pro manual merely says that a table can "span multiple pages." There is an illustration, but there are no specific instructions.

If I can find some time tomorrow (it's already nighttime here in Japan), I'll try an experiment and see if I can find an answer for you.
