Then the previous owner has not installed the Developer Tools. The  
only things I have in the Developer folder is ADC Reference Library,  
Performance Tools (BigTop.app., CHUD, Saturn, Shark) and a folder  
called Extras (with QTKit.palette). I never got any CDs or DVDs with  
OS X, the previous owner just installed the system and kept the  
original DVD for himself.
