just one: go for it *now*, Geoff!

I bought this 2.13 MBA (previous generation) last year, carryied it on a six months travel in Brasil, used with LightRoom (and an external HD) to download, catalog, archive and upload my photos, with RapidWeaver to update and mantain my website, with iTunes and my 80GB favorites (on external hd) collection, Skype in LAN houses found on the way and... I just love it!

I don't regret at all the PB 17" I had three years ago (on a similar trip) nor the MBP 15" that came afterwards.

my only worry is... new generation MBAs' lack of backlit keyboard (can't live without) so... what to do if Apple doesn't change her mind on this "detail" in... let's say one year and a half ? :-(

btw... those tiny iHome stereo speakers are great ;-)
and, btw #2... once back home I bought an iMac 27": the ideal home/travel setup :-p

hope this helps
