I got curious and tried my Japanese with Word 98 with JLK. I normally
don't use Word 98 for Japanese.
It mixed fine except when you type in Japanese and switch to English
without a space, it replaces with lines and symbols. The space problem
didn't happen.
I don't think this helps, but just for your curiosity.
Sincerely yours,
Keiko Schneider
