As far as I know D-VOCI (Digital Voci) program is still in the development stages. The LARC institute at San Diego State held a workshop last summer and I know they will be continuing it this coming summer. The actual
D-VOCI testing instrument has yet to be perfected. You may want to contact the program developers at LARC. Give John Vitaglione a call at (619)594-6177, I know he'll be happy to give you more details.
