* OVIS Information Sessions *
The Office of Visa and Immigration Services (OVIS) will give two
information sessions on the recent White House Executive Order on
immigration. These events are open to all Dartmouth students, faculty,
and staff:
Monday February 20, 2017
3:30-4:30pm Kellogg Auditorium, Geisel School, Hanover
Tuesday February 21, 2017
2:30-3:30pm Auditorium H, Geisel School, DHMC, Lebanon
In these sessions, OVIS staff will present the latest information on the
Executive Order, discuss how Dartmouth has responded to the Executive
Order, and be available to answer questions. At the February 20 session,
Professor Richard Wright will also discuss the impact of the Order on
the U.S. refugee program.

Graduate Students and Postdocs should register their travel for any
program that:
Dartmouth requires, supports, supervises, controls, or manages;
Is financially supported through any Dartmouth account; or
Is expected to result in the granting of academic credit received
for courses taken at other institutions or their programs (transfer
credits)
Faculty, staff, and alumni traveling on Dartmouth business are strongly
encouraged to enter their information on this site.

Taking a few moments to register your travel will enable us to contact
you in the event of an emergency.
PLEASE NOTE: Dartmouth's Travel Risk Management Policy prohibits the use
of Dartmouth funds to support travel to a country or region under a U.S.
State Department warning. If you are traveling to one of these countries,
a Travel Waiver is required. Travel waiver forms and additional travel
policies can be found here.
PRIVACY PROTECTION INFORMATION: Information submitted to the Travel
Registry will be used by the Office of the Provost and selected other
offices in charge of international travel, and only for the purpose of
contacting travelers in the event of an emergency.
