Hey guys,

As many of you know, point of care ultrasound (POCUS) is growing in popularity and utility essentially EVERYWHERE in the hospital. Other medical school have entire electives and classes that incorporate ultrasound.

Several of the physicians from the Radiology Department and Emergency Department are working on developing a unified ultrasound curriculum and training program. This was tried with great success at UC Davis. These faculty members are also very interested in putting together an Ultrasound Interest Group at Geisel.

If you might be interested in taking a LEADERSHIP role and helping to start the group, please email me back.
