- Fixed compatibility issues between FileMaker 11 and Macintosh Dialogs
Unlimited, Layout Painter, Menu Popper, window variables, and Keyboard and
Mouse.

- Menu Popper now supports the coordinate system returned by
GetLayoutObjectAttribute() while maintaining support for the older
FieldBounds() FileMaker function.

- Menu Popper documentation was re-written with other plug-ins soon to
follow.
