The Dartmouth Bound: Summer Program<https://admissions.dartmouth.edu/visits-programs/dartmouth-bound/summer-program> is a four-day college access program designed to give high school seniors from historically underrepresented backgrounds and communities an opportunity to preview college through immersion in student life at Dartmouth.
From July 16-19, 2017, the students will stay on campus in McLaughlin, and that's where you come in! The Admissions Office is seeking a team of dedicated students to serve as Resident Advisors for the duration of the Dartmouth Bound: Summer Program.
Resident Advisors will:

  *   Serve as a role model and mentor for Dartmouth Bound students
  *   Live in McLaughlin and serve as an advisor and resource. Evening duty between the hours of 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. will be expected throughout the course of the program.
  *   Participate in training and orientation before the program (6 total hours spread out through July 14-15)
  *   Receive a $250 stipend as well as housing in a single in McLaughlin for the nights of July 16-19, 2016
  *   Have fun!
