Errik Anderson D’00, T’07 is the Co-Founder, President and COO of Compass Therapeutics, LLC. an antibody discovery and development company. Compass has raised $121mm from OrbiMed Advisors, F-Prime Capital (FKA Fidelity Biosciences), Google Ventures, Borealis Ventures and a group of committed angel investors. Compass has an ambitious plan of creating a fully-integrated biopharmaceutical company from the ground up that is purpose built to cure cancer by comprehensively drugging the entire tumor-immune synapse with combination therapies. He was the Co-Founder of Adimab in 2007 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Errik is a Co-Founder of Avitide, Inc., Arsanis, Inc. and Alector LLC. He served as VP of Finance and Operations at Adimab. He was the founder of Seven West Ventures and served as its President. He worked at Tuck School of Business and Lehman Brothers Venture Capital. He serves as an Executive Director of Arsanis, Inc. He serves as a Director of Adimab, LLC., Arsanis, Inc. and Avitide, Inc. He obtained his BA from Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Jack O’Toole T’14 is an entrepreneur who is focused on accelerating the growth of FreshAir Sensor Corporation. Jack’s primary focus is on building businesses which make a meaningful contribution to society. FreshAir's initial product uses a novel sensor technology. Currently there are sensors for nicotine and marijuana. Sensors communicate over Wi-Fi. Customers will receive real time e-mail alerts when smoking is taking place in a prohibited area. The alerts will be followed by a graph of the detected compound. This technology will allow hotels, dorms, property managers, offices, schools, and others to effectively deter smoking in prohibited areas, which will improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Jack was a founding member of MARSOC and played a significant role in the development of the organization. He was later COO of a 2500 person organization conducting complex tasks in austere environments. Jack leverages his decades of management experience to lead cross functional teams in the commercialization of technology.

Lars Albright T’05 is a proven entrepreneur with extensive experience in the mobile and digital media industries. Prior to Co-Founding SessionM, Lars was at Apple, Inc., where he was a member of the executive team of iAd, Apple’s mobile advertising business unit. While at iAd, Lars worked on a variety of initiatives including running partnerships and alliances in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Before Apple, Lars was Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Quattro Wireless, a leading mobile advertising platform that was acquired by Apple in 2009. Prior to Quattro, Lars was Vice President of Business Development at m-Qube, North America’s dominant mobile aggregator that was acquired by VeriSign in 2006. Lars started his career in investment banking and finance on the west coast, working for Montgomery Securities, and later for an affiliate fund of private equity firm Texas Pacific Group. Lars received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his AB with honors from Harvard University.

Andy Palmer, T'94 is a serial entrepreneur who specializes in accelerating the foundation and growth of innovative technology organizations.  During his career as an entrepreneur, Andy has served as founding investor, BOD member or advisor to more than 50 start-up companies in technology, health care and the life sciences.  He also co-founded and was founding CEO of Vertica Systems (acquired by HP). Most recently, Andy co-founded Tamr, a next generation data curation company. Andy has helped found and/or fund more than 50 innovative companies.  In 2012, Andy founded Koa Labs, a start-up club for young entrepreneurs in the heart of Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA. Koa currently has more than 50 entrepreneurs and 10 companies in residence. Andy’s unique blend of strategic perspective and disciplined tactical execution is suited to environments where uncertainty is the rule rather than the exception. Andy has a specific passion for projects at the intersection of computer science and the life sciences.

Michael Horvath is the Chairman, President, & Co-Founder of Strava Inc. Strava is a social fitness network for runners and bikers and connects them to provide a platform where they can compete with each other via mobile and online apps. Strava provides motivation and camaraderie and gives the user the ability to analyze and quantify their performance. Michael was on the board of Sanibel Sea School and the Family Place. Prior to co-founding Strava Inc. he was the CFO and VP of Operations for GlycoFi from 2001 to 2005.  Michael was an Associate Professor at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College from 2000 to 2004 and an Assistant Professor of Economics at Stanford University from 1994 to 2000. He was the CFO and Co-Founder of Kana Communications from 1996 to 1998.

Prior to founding CarGurus (www.cargurus.com<http://www.cargurus.com/>), Langley was Chairman and Co-founder of TripAdvisor, Inc., the world's largest online travel site with over 50 Million unique monthly visitors and operating in 30 countries worldwide (NASDAQ TRIP). Prior to TripAdvisor, Langley was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Viaweb Inc, an award-winning, internet commerce tools company that was sold to Yahoo! Inc. (now Yahoo Store). He has also held management roles at Papyrus, Lotus Development Corp. and JetForm Corp. Steinert possesses an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Georgetown University.

Jeff Crowe D'78 joined Norwest Venture Partners in 2004, with over 20 years of CEO and executive experience in technology companies, and became managing partner in 2013. Jeff focuses on investments in the internet, consumer, and software arenas. In 2014, Jeff was named to the Forbes Midas List of tech's top investors. He currently serves on the boards of public companies Lending Club (NYSE: LC) and RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE) and private companies Badgeville, Extole, Glint, HoneyBook, Madison Reed, Owler, and Turn. Jeff is a board observer at Minted and is responsible for Norwest's investments in Jet, Spotify, and Uber. Jeff’s past investments include AdChina (acquired by Alibaba), Admeld (acquired by Google), deCarta (acquired by Uber), Jigsaw (acquired by Salesforce.com), Nano-Tex (acquired by Crypton, Inc.), The Echo Nest (acquired by Spotify), true[X] media (acquired by 21st Century Fox), Tuvox (acquired by West Interactive), and he was a board observer at Cast Iron Systems (acquired by IBM). Prior to Norwest, Jeff served as President, COO and board member of DoveBid, Inc., a privately held business auction firm, which expanded during his tenure via internal growth and acquisition from a $10M revenue run rate to a $120M revenue run rate with 400 employees. Jeff holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in History, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
