the top two poets of the slam will have the opportunity to compete at a National poetry slam invitational on March 25-28 at Virginia Commonwealth University**

JUDGES WILL BE PULLED FROM THE AUDIENCE. If you think you can be objective about people spilling their souls onto the stage, please consider attending!

if you are interested in qualifying, bring 3 piece of original poetry to perform. they do NOT have to be memorized.

if you are NOT interested in qualifying, still perform! :)
