Come to Panhell's SELF DEFENSE class
to work out for a great cause!

Taught by S&S officer Rebel Roberts, this hour-long? class will teach you basic self defense skills and is open to all of campus!?
We will be taking donations at the event to support WISE (an organization that supports women who have experienced sexual or domestic violence) as part of Panhell's commitment to supporting empowerment both on campus and in the greater Upper Valley community.
