Free speech has become a heated topic for discussion on campuses all across the country, as riots and protests against provocative speakers are becoming more frequent. Because of these protests, many questions have come to the forefront of this discussion:

How free is free speech?

What are its limits?

Do we need tighter regulations?

To discuss these questions and more, Turning Point USA at Dartmouth College is bringing in an expert on the subject: Joe Cohn.

Mr. Cohn is the Legislative and Policy Director for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE). Previously, he has also served as a staff attorney for the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, an adjunct professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and as the interim legal director for ACLU affiliates in Nevada and Utah.

Tonight, he will be coming to campus to talk about the First Amendment, free speech, and their roles in the twenty-first century. Come learn about this important topic and follow it up with some free pizza after the discussion.
