Help end discrimination against Native women @ Powwow this weekend

Amnesty International and the U.S. Department of Justice found that 1 in 3 Native women will be raped in her lifetime, the highest statistic of any other demographic.


Alpha Pi Omega Sorority, Inc. will sponsor an Honor Song at the 43rd Annual Dartmouth Powwow (@1pm on Saturday) and will sell buttons ($2) in recognition of these women. All proceeds will be donated to the Native Women's Association of Canada<http://www.nwac.ca/> to support their efforts to end discrimination against Indigenous women.


Please come by the official Powwow t-shirt stand to purchase a button or donate any time throughout the event.
