SEEKING THE CURRENT
A film by Nicolas Boisclair and Alexis de Gheldere with Roy Dupuis

DC3 will be showing a film this Wednesday that documents the beauty of a river and the foreseeable impacts of a hydroelectric project in Quebec. Come watch, enjoy some food and learn about this controversy-- one that affects North America's energy consumption in the near future.

When: Wed, Feb 12 @ 6:30pm
Where: 124 Haldeman
Dinner will be served (BYOPAU - bring your own plates and utensils)

Nicolas Boisclair and Alexis de Gheldere canoe the entire 500 km course of the pristine Romaine River before Hydro-Qu?bec begins construction of four hydroelectric plants. In parallel, accompanied by Roy Dupuis, one of the most renown Canadian actor, they explore the various renewable green energies and their profitability by interviewing experts across Qu?bec.
