About RLF:

RLF is a program for all students, even those without a background in leadership. In fact, '15s who are just entering leadership positions or are interested in exploring what it means to take on the responsibilities of a leader can benefit most from participating in RLF. The program provides a venue for both self-reflection and group discussion to evolve your understanding of leadership and management.

RLF provides Fellows with resources in leadership theories and practical skills. As a fellow, you will take part in weekly workshops, dinner discussions, and training in leadership strategies; your speakers will be a wide array of professionals who have demonstrated significant leadershipcapacity.  Past speakers include Brian Mandell, director of Harvard's Kennedy School Negotiation Project, Sydney Finkelstein, Associate Dean at the Tuck School of Business, and Nathaniel Fick '99, former Marine officer and currently the youngest member of the Dartmouth Board of Trustees.
