SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS CAFÉ: THE GLOBAL CALCULATOR, 12:30-1:30pm, Paganucci Lounge, '53 Commons
Jeremy Woods of Imperial College London will present on The Global Calculator, which is an open-source model of the world’s land, food, energy, and manufacturing systems. The calculator can provide a new look at the link between lifestyle choices and their impacts on the global climate. Team member Jeremy Woods who works on the land, food, and bioenergy sector of the Global Calculator will introduce us to this interactive tool and walk us through scenarios to gain a new perspective on our own sustainability.

SWEETLAND FARM CSA TABLE, 2:00-4:00pm, Fairchild Tower
Stop by to ask questions about the farm, what is being planted this season, and what perks come with a CSA share. Part of the fun of purchasing a CSA is getting to know the local farmer growing your food!  As part of the Sustainability Office’s workplace CSA program, Sweetland, run by Dartmouth Alum Norah Lake will again be offering a Fairchild delivery option for your convenience. TRANSFORM FASHION SHOW, 6:00-9:00pm, Collis Commonground
Check out this annual gender-bending, binary-breaking fashion show as a part of Dartmouth Pride Week! All clothes from Revolution, a clothing store in White River Junction featuring used clothing and accessories, pristine vintage pieces and collections from a number of independent designers.

DARTMOUTH HUMANITARIAN ENGINEERING, 8:00-9:00pm, Thayer MB01

DHE runs a wide range of technical projects in developing nations, including small-scale hydropower, improved cookstoves, and an initiative aimed at improving access to clean water. They strive to encourage development, improve health, and reduce environmental impact through sustainable, affordable, socially-conscious solutions for communities in need. DARTMOUTH ANIMAL WELFARE GROUP (DAWG), 7:00pm, Collis 218
The Dartmouth Animal Welfare Group raises awareness about issues of animal ethics on campus, increases students' interactions with animals, and supports national movements that also promote animal welfare. The group focuses on animal welfare in the food industry, product testing, and scientific testing. DAWG also works to connect students to animals through volunteer opportunities at local shelters as well as pet-sitting opportunities within the Hanover area.

SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS CAFÉ: TIERRALISMO, 6:30pm, Loew Auditorium, Black Family Visual Arts Center
The Tierralismo Good Earth Film Tour is coming to Dartmouth and will include the recently released documentary, Tierralismo: Stories from a Cooperative Farm. Join Director Alexandra Halkin, one of the co-founders of the Organoponico, Isis Salcines, & Researcher, Margarita Fernandez, for this film about the history and practices of one of Cuba's most successful urban farms, with post film discussion to share insights and experiences.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION ORGANIZATION (ECO), 7:00pm, Hornig Library
The Environmental Conservation Organization (ECO) has been around since the 1990s starting with bringing recycling to the dorms. Today the group educates students about sustainability on campus and tackles everyday sustainability challenges at Dartmouth, from reducing plastic use to encouraging energy efficiency. POP UP BIKE SHOP, 3:00-6:00pm, Fahey-McLane Patio
Bring your bike for a tune up! Our bike mechanics will be available to help you get your bike in shape to enjoy riding around the Upper Valley during the spring and summer! $5 plus the cost of any parts! Please note that these events are designed for simple tuneups, flat tires, and other relatively quick fixes. Stop by with your bike and if we're not prepared to fix your problem we will refer you to our formal bike shop office hours.

Join farm club for a work day at the Organic Farm! Help weed, seed, and prep the soil for a great growing season! Rides leaving behind Robo at 3:00 pm!

Time to sell unwanted clothes and put some money in your pocket at the Sustainable Clothing Sale. Come shop at this farmers' market of clothing where students are the sellers/buyers!

Apply for funding from the Sustainable Moving Sale Grant Fund! Funds for the SMS Grants come from the revenue generated each year in the Sustainable Move-In Sale. Applications will be reviewed by Green Groups Directorate and the Office of Sustainability, and winners will be announced in 2 weeks. Application is attached and the deadline is 11:59pm and applications can be submitted to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
