Emotional Intelligence: Build Skills for Engagement, Connection, and Impact

The Student Wellness Center is excited to offer a 3-part interactive mini-seminar series focused on building Emotional Intelligence (EI). The series will introduce participants to the tools and approach developed by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, the premier EI research and training institute. Why build EI? Higher EI supports emotional growth and flexibility, academic engagement, stress management, and relationship skills. Learn how to understand your own emotional patterns and those of others to enhance your learning and create deeper, more meaningful relationships.

Join us from 6:00-7:30pm on Tuesday, October 3, 10, & 17th in the Arts and Humanities Resource Center (AHRC) in Bartlett Hall. As skills build each week, please attend all three sessions. Healthy snacks will be offered. Limited capacity available. To reserve a spot for all three sessions of the series, please RSVP here: http://libcal.dartmouth.edu/event/3599941
