"Designer Babies" and Genetic Discrimination
Talk by Prof. Ann Bumpus
Lunch will be provided!

Dartmouth's undergraduate bioethics group invites you to a talk about the ethics of genetic modification of offspring. This talk will be led by Prof. Ann Bumpus, whose research areas of interest include the morality of genetically enhancing offspring and the commercialization of reproduction. With the increased focus of politics on reproductive rights and advances in biotechnology, this is a hot-button, pressing ethical issue that leaders in politics, medicine, biology and technology must understand.
