Inside Sales Lead
Inside Sales Lead (Immediate Opening)

Job Responsibilities:
? Call prospective customers and qualify as fit for NEP services
? Collect valuable customer information
? Document findings accurately in database
? Seamlessly, expeditiously transition qualified leads to sales team
? Professionally promote NEP and its service offering
? Manage customer outreach team:
* Manage CO personnel
* Oversee training material and tool development
* Other responsibilities that arise through ordinary course of business
Qualifications:
? Exceptional communication skills and phone presence
? Desire and capacity to place large volume of outbound calls each day
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Management experience
? Competent in a variety of software programs, including but not limited to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, Outlook, Word
? BA or BS in chemistry or biology preferred
