Exceptional communication skills and phone presence ? Desire and capacity to place large volume of outbound calls each day ? Meticulous attention to detail ? Management experience ? Competent in a variety of software programs, including but not limited to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, Outlook, Word ?
