Instructional Designer

The Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium (CTDLC), A State of CT employer,
seeks a full time, on-site, creative and motivated instructional designer who is
able to apply instructional theories and principles to create, implement, and
maintain high-quality interactive online courseware.

Required: Instructional Design or Instructional Technology degree; Hands-on
course development experience with the current versions of web-centric and
learning management software including WebCT Vista, Blackboard and Angel;
Demonstrated solid knowledge of instructional theories and principles as well as
of design software including Flash, Photoshop and Dreamweaver; Excellent verbal,
written, analytical and interpersonal communication and organizational skills
with the ability to prioritize work, multi-task, work in a team environment, and
learn new software tools quickly. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.A.
Also preferred: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
Starting salary: $54,380 plus state benefits.
