Our vendor was Chester Technical Services in New Branford, Connecticut. I'm
told that they were somewhat more responsive to concerns when the college was
leasing the equipment than they were after the college purchased it, but that
was before I was there. The Sony Opus is indeed what we're using in our
multimedia lab, and without it, the only way that we've been able to distribute
sound to a class full of students is to use the few slots on the undamaged
soundboard and hook up external speakers.
