Joseph,

I too would be very interested in seeing if anyone has
used the Flash CS, especially if it is independent of
a specific CMS/LMS.

A local company here, Terra Dotta, has an LMS product
on the market called Edufolio that uses a Flash CS
tool to record live audio & video on the fly. Media
files are compressed & available to the user
immediately after recording. You can read more about
