I have selected Audacity for teachers to record their own sound files. They can
choose between wav / MP3 and ogg Vorbis provided you install the right dll file.
Everything is well explained, user-friendly, with extensive sound options (cut
and paste, insert silence/mono-stereo, etc)and (non-technical) teachers are
happy with the result.
PC, Mac, Linux compatible
Would definitely recommend it !
