I don't know about other members of this list, but I am very much inclined
to distrust any company, such as this "Electronic Parts Corporation," that
uses mass-mailed spam as its primary marketing vehicle. I get spam from
these guys at least once per day, and know many friends and relatives who do
as well. I also believe that, in principle, it's best to avoid purchasing
any product advertised in this way, as you are then validating the
effectiveness of their spam marketing model.

This is not to mention their nigh-on-comical descriptions of their
products... advertising the "blazing speed" of a 1GHz Transmeta Crusoe --
pushing the usual marketing exaggeration to excess.

I would imagine these guys would be very hard to get post-purchase support
from. It strikes me as a rather fly-by-night operation. You'd be better
off spending the money now for a vendor who is a known quantity than
spending it later when you find your laptops showing up DOA and the vendor
who sold them to you has suddenly declared bankruptcy or otherwise vanished.
