If you haven't done this already, please do it asap.  Carol has to head out
of town to deal with a family situation, and will only have a very short
window of time on Monday to take care of anything you need.

1)  please check your music and email Carol Andrew  [log in to unmask] with
what you are missing.
2) please note that Root beer rag and Homefront should be crossed off and
Sweet Trombone Rag should be added to the list
3)  Please pull out those pieces not on the list and hand them to her
Monday night
so that they can be filed for inventory over the summer.
4)  Please note that this is the last chance to be sure that your folder
has the needed music for all the summer concerts.
